Return Conditions
- Products can be returned within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.
- For hygienic and legal reasons, opened or damaged products cannot be refunded.
Refund Process

- We will provide you with the return address and further instructions.
- Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
Shipping costs for returns are refunded only if the return is due to an error on our part.
