Return of goods

At Pharm Apotheke, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you need to return a product or request a refund, we offer a straightforward and transparent return process.

Return Conditions

  • Products can be returned within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • Items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.
  • For hygienic and legal reasons, opened or damaged products cannot be refunded.

Refund Process

  1. Contact our customer service via email at info@pharmapotheke.de or by phone at +49 176 14172233 to inform us of your intent to return.
  2. We will provide you with the return address and further instructions.
  3. Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Shipping costs for returns are refunded only if the return is due to an error on our part.
